How so Lovely Walks the Wind

How so lovely walks the wind
Beside the chafing water wheel,
But soon the sliding stream will rind
And winds will hollow at the mill.
Now that wind will have its way
I take my lovely girl in hand
Deep in shaken grass, and lay
Her back into the shape of wind.
How so deeply will we lie
When all the greenery burns low
That wind will roll its caissons by
A mound of summer in the snow.
