A Sun Dyall in a Grave

"A SUN DYALL IN A GRAVE"

Donne

By this, some pour of darkness might be stayed

And bleed beside the sunless blade,

Severed, a shadow darker even than

Its element subterranean,

To write

For those dead eyes the time of night.
